Deletion of Personally Identifiable Information

At any time, users may request complete deletion of their personally identifiable information. Users with an account may do so via the Account Management panel. Guest users may request deletion via the Contact form.

Users accounts which have not logged in or placed an order for a period of two years, will be automatically deleted. Any data contained in all pending, failed and cancelled orders will be automatically deleted after three months.

The data within completed orders are retained for two years, after which it within becomes anonymized.

What is Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)?

Non-PII data is anonymous, and cannot be used to distinguish or trace any personal detail about an individual. It includes, but is not limited to, device type, browser type, IP address, language preference, age range, time zone, screen size, age demographic.

Non-PII data is used to track and better understand the behavior of our costumers. This in turn can help us improve the online experience and user engagement.
